Na juce odrzanoj "Evropskoj Konferenciji Velikih Majstora Regularne Masonerije" u Zenevi, Pro-Grand Master UVLE, Peter Lowndes, je izjavio da postoji mogucnost izmene pravila o priznavanju samo jedne VL na jednoj teritoriji. To bi recimo bilo resenje oko priznavanja Konfederacije (ili samo GL-AMFa) i GLNFa u Francuskoj. Isti scenario bi resio i probleme oko priznavanja crnackih Prince-Hall loza u juznim drzavama USA. VM VL Alpina je izjavio da bi to stvorilo dodatne tenzije ako bi dve VL u istoj zemlji bile priznate a da se medjusobno ne priznaju, i zato predlozio da GLNF nastavi sa promenama, jer svrgavanje Stifanija nije dovoljno samo po sebi, i da se priblizi Konfederaciji, koja je osnovana na principima Bazelske Deklaracije.
